Refund and Cancellation

We are with you with every step of your travel booking. However, everything may not go according to your plan. You can book a trip early to save money but, in some cases, you have to cancel the trip. It feels quite bad to cancel a trip but for unforeseen circumstances, you may not have a way out. We will help you cancel the booking and you can get a legitimate refund amount depending on the terms and conditions of the booking. Many of the airplane tickets are non-refundable but some will refund you some amount of money. Check the pattern of your booking before you make the payment.
For train booking, there is a limited period within which you can cancel your booking and get most of the money back. For most train bookings, you need to cancel the ticket at least 7 days before the journey. You will be asked to pay a nominal fee. As the journey date comes closer, the refund amount decreases. This system is applicable for most of the train booking.
Refund for cruise ticket booking varies. Some cruise option provides you a full money back while some may ask you to postpone the booking for a certain point in time. They will not process a refund but you can take the trip at any other time. There will be a cancellation charge for all cruise bookings. Senseiz may charge a nominal platform fee for the service provided.


Refund to your account

Refund is generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after the confirmation of booking. The refund is processed to your payment account directly. We hope we don’t need to cancel any of your bookings but if you have to so, you can trust us to process your request.
